12 months programme: a year of learning and support through ALL aspects of roadmap for the first six months, then continuous learning and support as you create your digital and scalable programme and get it out to your staff.
Get access to heaps of microcoaching video content to get you started and blend it with your own content, where appropriate. The content includes Micro-VIBES, Mind Hacks, and much more.  A bonus of hand-picking the best ones for your programme at your orientation session will be made available.
These sessions will ensure you develop the understanding, skills and tools to master the art of experiential digital design and programme blending to meet the goals of your staff. If they miss a session; no problem, because they are recorded.
More than 12 masterclasses throughout the contract to understand the whole landscape of scalable coaching – including digitising, blending and scaling now and in the future. The truth is we can be ready only when we understand.
Never miss any learning or discussion group. It will be recorded and added to your Virtual Coffeehouse microcoaching app. As you go about your day, you can listen to bite-size learning, access example microcoaching designs and discuss the content with like-minded colleagues
Creativity is easier when we collaborate. The design club would help to share learning, network and co-create digital and scalable microcoaching.
In addition to the microcoaching library, our clients get access to subject matter workbooks to support you through your journey.
